Using the services

ScrubMyText and its related agent-infrastructure products provide text processing, persistent execution state, temporary event capture, human approval, budget counters, digest records, signature checks, leases, bearer capabilities, stop state, task coordination, reconciliation, provenance anchors, and technical commitment utilities. You are responsible for the content and data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to process or store it.

API subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and include the monthly call allowance shown on the Pricing page. The same usage pool covers all paid tools. There are no automatic API-call overage charges; access can be limited when an allowance is exhausted.

LockMyAction limitations

LockMyAction is intended to reduce duplicate execution risk, but it cannot guarantee that an external action occurs exactly once. Your application must acquire a lock before executing the action, execute only when the lock response permits it, and complete the correct current lock_id. Actions performed outside that integration are not protected.

CatchMySignal limitations

CatchMySignal is a temporary webhook/event inbox, not a guaranteed enterprise message queue. Delivery can fail because of networks, sender behavior, subscription/usage limits, payload limits, expiration, or service availability. Treat generated webhook URLs as secrets because possession of the URL allows event delivery to that inbox.

ApproveMyAction limitations

In the current version, possession of a live approval link is treated as authority to approve or reject. ApproveMyAction does not independently verify reviewer identity. You are responsible for sending the link only to the intended reviewer and for deciding whether link-based approval is sufficient for the consequence level of your application.

Production control limitations

The production control products provide narrow technical state and digest operations. BudgetMyAction is a unit counter, not a payment processor or accounting system. ReceiptMyAction records caller-asserted digests, not proof that an outcome occurred. VerifyMySignal checks the supplied HMAC inputs but does not identify the sender beyond possession of the shared secret. Leases and stop records affect only applications that correctly check and honor them. Capability, handoff, and acceptance tokens are bearer secrets. Provenance anchors do not prove source truth or authorship. ContractMyTask is not a legal contract, payment, escrow, identity verification, or SLA enforcement.

Security and accuracy limitations

Security-oriented text tools are deterministic aids, not guarantees. Scan results do not establish maliciousness or safety; pattern-based secret and sensitive-data tools can miss data; schema validation is limited to documented rules; and context sanitization does not eliminate every semantic prompt-injection or trust risk.

Acceptable use

Do not intentionally overload, disrupt, abuse, or probe the service; use signal inboxes as general-purpose file storage; submit unlawful content; or use the services to violate third-party rights. You are responsible for the downstream actions performed by your agents and software.

No provenance-evasion claim

ScrubMyText does not claim to identify, remove, or defeat model-level AI provenance or watermarking systems unless a specific supported mechanism is explicitly documented in the future.

Availability and changes

The services are provided without warranties and can change, impose reasonable limits, or be unavailable from time to time. Features, pricing, retention limits, and these terms may be updated as the products evolve.
